HHSA Phone Number Changes

Nine Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA) phone numbers have changed.

Listed are the following new phone numbers for each HHSA program:

Farmersville Health: 559/713-2890
Maternal Child/Adolescent Health (MCAH): 559/623-0175
CAST (Cal-Learn, AFLP) Visalia: 559/623-0160
Kings/Tulare Area Agency on Aging-Senior Service Programs:  559/623-0199
Public Health Nursing: 559/623-0127

The phone number changes are part of an ongoing effort to improve the reliability of the of the county’s telephone communications system and to reduce costs. Departments are switching to Voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP. VoIP is a technology that allows for voice communication over computer networks.
