The Tulare County Board of Supervisors designates clean up weeks each year to give Tulare County residents the opportunity to clean up, or beautify their communities. During these designated clean up weeks, County residents receive reduced disposal fees at the County landfills and designated transfer stations. Residents will pay only half of the posted disposal fee.
The 2011 Spring Clean Up Weeks are:
Valley Residents
April 18-23, 2011
Teapot Dome, Woodville and Visalia landfills or Earlimart and Springville transfer stations.
Mountain Residents
May 23-29, 2011
Badger, Balance Rock, Camp Nelson and Pine Flat Transfer Stations
Disposal Fees:
Residents pay only half the posted disposal fees which are rounded up to the nearest dollar.
Reduced fees do not apply to:
Business and commercial vehicles, tires, refrigerators or construction and demolition debris.
When loading your pickup or small trailer with debris, please follow the directions below:

Hours: Open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Sundays.
Woodville Landfill

Tulare, CA
Hours: Open Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Sundays.
TeaPot Dome Landfill
21063 Ave. 128 (AKA Teapot Dome Avenue)
Porterville, CA
Hours of Operation: Open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Sundays.
