Filing Deadline Approaches for June 3 Primary Election
Tulare County Registrar of Voters, Rita A. Woodard, would like to remind all Tulare County residents that the Primary Election will be held on June 3, 2014.
Friday, March 7, 2014 at 5 p.m. is the end of the nomination period for any candidates who want to file for office. The Elections Office will be extending their hours until 5 p.m. on March 7th to accommodate the end of the nomination period.
If the incumbent does not file by 5 p.m. on March 7th, the nomination period is extended. During the extension, any person other than the incumbent shall have until 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 12th to file. (E.C. 10516)
