Child Support Services will host two Resource and Employment Fairs, provide a Modification workshop, Compromise of Arrears Program (COAP) workshops in English and Spanish, visit local libraries, and attend “Make A Difference Monday’s” at the Visalia Rawhide game.
Resource and Employment Fairs
The department will host a fair with employers, schools and social service agencies at the Visalia office located at 8040 W. Doe Avenue on Thursday August 8, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For event information visit:
Available only at the Visalia Resource and Employment Fair, Students of Milan Institute will be available to provide your child with a free haircut on a first come/first serve basis!
The second fair will be at the Porterville Employment Connection Office located at 1063 W. Parents who attend the Resource and Employment Fair events will have an opportunity to enter into a drawing for one of two backpacks filled with school supplies.

Make a Difference Day
On August 19, 2019, representatives of the department will be attending the “Make A Difference Monday’s” Visalia Rawhide game beginning at 5:30 p.m. They will provide the community information and answer questions regarding services offered by the department.
